Signatories and affiliate members will publicly acknowledge their participation in the Poseidon Principles for Marine Insurance and publish the required information in the Annual Disclosure Report and their own corporate reports each year. Transparency ensures the overall awareness of the initiative and that accurate information can be published by the Secretariat in a timely manner.<\/p>\n

The three\u00a0transparency\u00a0requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    \n
  1. Upon becoming a signatory or affiliate member, the organisation will publicly acknowledge that it is a signatory or affiliate member to the Poseidon Principles for Marine Insurance.<\/li>\n
  2. On an annual basis, each signatory and affiliate member will report the required disclosure information as per the Accountability requirements, to the Secretariat. This requirement takes effect in the second calendar year of membership.<\/li>\n
  3. On an annual basis, each signatory and affiliate member will publish the required disclosure information in relevant institutional reports on a timeline that is appropriate for that signatory or affiliate member. This requirement takes effect in the second calendar year of membership.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
