The Poseidon Principles and the related Association is in compliance with the The General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 regarding data protection and privacy for all individuals within the EU and EEA. In addition to showing compliance, the following privacy policy is to protect our legitimate business interests and legal rights, as well as the privacy of the individual data subject.
The Poseidon Principles uses information and data collected from the website and social media platforms. This would include: contact information for Signatories and members to the Poseidon Principles Association, including name, email address, phone number, and company details; collected data from the website requesting contact or additional information from the Poseidon Principles, including name and email address; data regarding website or social media traffic flow through 3rd party sources, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter, is available for analytic purposes, but individual data is not kept by the Poseidon Principles or the Poseidon Principles Association.
The Poseidon Principles does not use cookies or trackers on the website for business or marketing incentives. Those who wish to receive additional information about the Principles voluntarily sign up via the contact box and give consent to this collection of data. This data is only used for newsletter purposes. If the Poseidon Principles wishes to use personal data in another context, consent must be given prior to any actions taken.
